Dropshipping and Fulfillment Notice
Maison Moses Lumière is an online retail store. Some or all products offered through our store may be fulfilled and shipped directly by independent third party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners.
By placing an order with Maison Moses Lumière, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Third Party Fulfillment
Products purchased from Maison Moses Lumière may be stored, packaged, and shipped directly from one of our third party fulfillment partners.
Because we work with multiple suppliers, products from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.
Receiving separate packages does not necessarily mean that any portion of your order is missing.
Shipping Locations
Products may be shipped from fulfillment centers located within the United States or from international locations.
The shipping origin of a product may vary depending on inventory availability, supplier location, and the destination of the order.
Processing and Delivery Times
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on our website or during checkout when available.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically state otherwise.
Customers should allow approximately [10-14 days] business days after placing an order for delivery.
Certain products may arrive sooner or may require additional time.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate delivery estimates. However, delays may occur because of carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, supplier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If we are unable to ship an order within the time promised, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund rights according to applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are disclosed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, supplier, package size, or other fulfillment factors.
The total shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount the customer agrees to pay for shipping.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from more than one supplier, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
You may also receive more than one tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees after completing your purchase unless you specifically authorize an additional charge.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow time after receiving a shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.
International tracking may not update at every point during transportation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees may apply.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Maison Moses Lumière does not control customs processing times or fees charged by government authorities.
Product Appearance and Packaging
Products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
Packaging may therefore contain manufacturer information, supplier information, international shipping labels, or other fulfillment related information.
Product packaging may also differ from photographs shown on our website.
Minor differences in color, packaging, labeling, or presentation are not considered defects when the product itself substantially matches the item ordered.
Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice because inventory is maintained by independent suppliers.
In rare situations, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we may cancel that item and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing.

Do not return merchandise to the address shown on a shipping label unless Maison Moses Lumière has specifically instructed you to do so.
Our suppliers and fulfillment partners may use different return locations.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Supplier Relationships
Third party manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment companies that assist with order fulfillment are independent businesses.
Their participation in fulfillment does not necessarily mean that they sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with Maison Moses Lumière.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this notice is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If any provision of this notice conflicts with applicable consumer protection law, the applicable law will control.
Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and Maison Moses Lumière from unauthorized transactions, fraud, identity theft, and payment disputes, orders may be reviewed using automated and manual fraud prevention measures before fulfillment.
Our payment platform and fraud prevention systems may evaluate information associated with a transaction, including payment verification results, billing and shipping information, IP address information, order history, transaction patterns, and other available risk indicators.
High Risk Orders
Orders identified as presenting an elevated or high risk of fraud may be temporarily placed on hold for additional review.
Maison Moses Lumière reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel and refund an order when we reasonably believe the transaction may be unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise presents an unacceptable payment risk.
A customer will not be charged for merchandise that we cancel and do not fulfill. If payment has already been captured, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Address Verification
A difference between the billing address and shipping address does not automatically mean that an order is fraudulent. Customers may legitimately purchase gifts or have merchandise delivered to another location.
However, significant differences between the billing information, shipping destination, payment information, or location from which an order is placed may cause an order to receive additional verification.
For the smoothest processing, customers should enter the billing address exactly as it appears on the account associated with the credit or debit card being used.
When possible, using a shipping address that can be reasonably associated with the purchaser may help prevent unnecessary verification delays.
Prepaid Credit and Debit Cards
Orders placed using prepaid credit cards, prepaid debit cards, virtual cards, or other payment methods that provide limited verification information may be subject to additional review.
Use of a prepaid card does not automatically cause an order to be canceled. However, when a prepaid payment method is combined with other fraud risk indicators, we may request additional verification or cancel and refund the transaction.
For smoother order processing, we recommend using a standard credit or debit card when available and providing accurate billing information that matches the information registered with your card issuer.
Additional Verification
If an order requires additional verification, we may contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
We may request reasonable information necessary to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction.
Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable period of time may result in cancellation of the order.
For your protection, do not email complete credit card numbers, security codes, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information to us.
Order Cancellation
Maison Moses Lumière reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized use, suspected fraud, payment irregularities, inaccurate information, or other significant transaction risk.
Fraud screening decisions are made for the protection of both our customers and our business and are not based solely on a customer's country, nationality, or the fact that the billing and shipping addresses are different.
Refunds Following Fraud Cancellation
When an order is canceled before fulfillment because of a fraud or payment risk determination, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
The customer's financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears on the customer's account.
